There is an intercom reception with immediate answer, and staff will attend to guests upon check-in and check-out and for any queries within 5 minutes of ringing throughout office hours. The owner resides in the sister guest house, which is just a few feet away, and is available via the intercom at all other times. With the Astons 4-star sister hotel around the corner, the staff will always endeavour to upgrade guests during quiet periods at no extra cost. |

Also located a short walk away are the beautiful Valley Gardens of Harrogate, the famous Pump Room Museum and the marvellous Bettys Tea Rooms. There is a very varied selection of bars and excellent restaurants, and a bustling night life. Harrogate is also very close to the picturesque city of York and the busy city of Leeds. There is a regular bus and train service to both these cities, so there really is something for everyone. |

By Car From York: - Proceed along the A6460 and at the main roundabout, take the turn onto the A59 Skipton Road. - Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road. - Thereafter, proceed past the pelican crossing and turn left onto Franklin Mount. From Leeds: - Come into Harrogate on the A61, and at the main roundabout turn right onto the A6040. - Proceed to the next roundabout, and turn left onto the A59. - Proceed, and take the 5th left onto Kings Road. - Continue as above.
