		From Builth Wells town centre follow signs A483 in direction of Llandovery. Caer Beris is on the western edge of town opposite the golf club. From London and the South-East take the M4 or M40. From the North take the A483 from Chester. From Cardiff take the A470.

		Quick description
		Set in 27 acres of parkland surrounded by the River Irfon, Caer Beris is the former home of Lord Swansea. The current owners have spent the past 18 years restoring and converting the Manor into a three star country hotel. The individually furnished bedrooms, comfortable lounges overlooking the gardens, historic panelled restaurant and well-stocked bar all help create a relaxing hideaway in the very heart of Wales. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 16 years stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.95 per person. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
