		By car: From junction 18 of the m4, take the a46 to Bath. Remain in the left hand lane and you will come off the a46 to a roundabout where you need to take the first left (Bath local). We are situated on the left hand side, 2nd property. You will pass Bailbrook Lodge, then you will see Bailbrook House.

Overlooking the Avon valley, the hotel is just 2 miles from the centre of the wonderful city of Bath. Less than 10 miles from the motorway, Hilwoods Resorts latest executive business meeting venue is perfectly connected for the M4 corridor, southern England and is only 90 minutes by train from London and by car from Heathrow airport. The hotel has 78 executive double bedrooms and suites, located in Bailbrook Court, next to the main building. 		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 22.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
