Please note private receptions/dinner parties (with discos until midnight) sometimes take place in the hotel, particularly at weekends and in December until 01:00. Guests are still welcome to use the bar lounge and have dinner in the dining room (which is in a separate area of the building). Quieter bedrooms are available on request. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
