Debit cards however can be accepted at the hotel for payment. Groups: Any bookings made for 5 rooms or more are subject to our group policy. A deposit prior to arrival is required. Please contact the hotel to arrange this and ensure that your bookings are secured. Should a deposit not be received your reservation may be cancelled. Upon check-in, an additional GBP 50 refundable, damage deposit will also be taken. It is applicable per room booked and is taken by cash or accepted forms of credit/debit card for payment. Weekend Bookings: Weekend bookings (arrivals on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights) are subject to a GBP 50 damage deposit payable direct to hotel on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure. New Years Eve Bookings Those staying on New Years Eve are advised that a GBP 75 damage deposit is applicable to be paid direct to the hotel on arrival.
