The Buchanan Club is one of the areas leading venues for a holistic lifestyle, providing both active and relaxing pursuits to help combat the stresses of modern life. So at the end of either a busy day of meetings or a conference, or in the morning after a nights partying, it can provide the perfect way to wind down, work off the days stresses and restore both body and soul. The recently refurbished facilities include: - a 17 x 8m swimming pool - spa pool - squash courts - sauna - steam room - aerobics classes - sunbed - beauty therapy - gymnasium Circuit classes Yoga classes Water aerobics There are excellent ladies and gents changing rooms with high-pressure showers, lockers and other facilities. They are furnished in a modern style to provide an invigorating atmosphere after a strenuous workout, ready to revitalise you before you return to the outside world. Towels are provided for by the club as well as other necessary toiletries. The club is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, with the exception of a Saturday when it closes at 21:00. There are a number of bedrooms at ground floor level as are all public rooms, but there are several steps at entry and also within the ground floor. Assistance is available for the disabled. |
