		Travel information
		Depart the m1 at Junction 11. Follow the signs for Luton Town Centre. At the first roundabout you come to, go straight across to the set of traffic lights. Turn left at these lights onto Waller Avenue. Follow Waller Avenue for approximately a 1/2 mile. There will be a narrow railway bridge just before a set of lights. At these traffic lights turn left onto Marsh Road. The Pines Hotel is on the right hand side of the road, about 50 yards along.

		Quick description
		The Pines Hotel is conveniently situated within easy reach of London Luton Airport and the m1. We are 1 mile from Luton Town Centre. Thameslink Railway Stations (Luton & Leagrave) are within 1 mile of us. A splendid old Victorian House, converted into a family run hotel with bar and restaurant. The hotels 15 bedrooms are equipped to the highest standards, giving you a homely and comfortable stay, complete with en suite facilities.

		Important information
		We have no internet access available in the rooms although access to personal emails and other admin services can be requested through reception at the hotel.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
