Late checkouts may be charged a supplement. Guests are requested to pre-book the Metro Brasserie, as tables are not automatically reserved. All accommodation reserved is en suite with one double bed per room. Your guest may be allocated accommodation that has a bathroom that has been adapted for guests with a wheelchair. Please advise if there will be a guest using a wheelchair prior to arrival. Any special requests should be advised at the reservation stage: we endeavour to meet all requirements but unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
