Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 5 years are welcome. All children from 5 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
