Check-In: Usual check-ins are between 16:30 and 19:00. Early or late check-ins must be arranged by telephone 48 hours in advance whenever possible, as staff are not usually on site. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 5.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for cots.
