| Broom House is situated in the village of Egton Bridge and is one of many pretty villages situated in the Esk Valley in heart of the North Yorkshire National Park. Although the guest house is ideally situated in the peace and quiet of the countryside, it is very close to the East Coast seaside resorts like Whitby Robin Hoods Bay. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway begins at the next village of Grosmont, where you can take a ride on a steam train to Pickering, Whitby and Glaisdale. Beautiful walks are possible from the doorstep, whilst fishing (by permit) is possible in the river Esk. York and Scarborough are also nearby. | ||||
