		En suite accommodation is comprised of 2 superior four-poster rooms, 2 family rooms, 2 double rooms and one single room. Extras such as flowers, champagne and chocolates are available in rooms if pre-ordered.

		Area information
		Often referred to as Englands little Switzerland, North Devon and Exmoor offers spectacular countryside and coastline to explore. There are various walks in the area, and National Park leaflets contain maps of main routes and alternatives, with descriptions of the terrain and countryside. Local attractions include the nearby towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, with their connecting cliff top railway, and the famous walks at Watersmeet and the Valley of the Rocks.

		From the M5 motorway: - Exit onto the A39 for Bridgewater. - Continue along the A39, past Minehead and Lynmouth for West Lynn. - Exit onto West Lynn Road, where you will find the hotel.

		Quick description
		This hotel, converted from an old farm house, offers comfortable accommodation within picturesque countryside surroundings. The Roost Restaurant offers a la carte dining and a daily changing menu created by an award winning chef. The downstairs pub serves real ales, fine wines and a wide selection of beers. Here, you can unwind with a drink by the open log fire. Throughout the year, the pub hosts live music and theme nights. Traditional Sunday lunches are also offered, which during sunny climes, can be enjoyed in the large gardens. The function room, The Baronial Hall, accommodates up to 80 people.

		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
