The hotel has a fascinating history; the oldest part is the 14th century half timbered and thatched courthouse barn in the courtyard of the hotel that was used as a courthouse in medieval England. The main building is of Georgian origin and the interior has old quarry tiled floors, exposed brickwork, beamed ceilings and oak panelling. A relaxing break at the hotel starts with a drink at the welcoming bar. For food you can take your pick from the brasserie bar menu, the à la carte menu or the daily specials. |

Each and every bedroom is unique in design and features half tester or four-poster beds as well as period furniture, while most also have a velvet covered swing! All rooms are en suite and have all modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Superior rooms are larger and are more sumptuously furnished with period pieces, including some with half tester beds and some with the hotel’s famous swings. |

By Car (from M6 South and Birmingham Airport): - Leave the M6 at junction 10A to join the M54. - Leave the M54 at junction 4 and follow signs for Kidderminster along the A442 until you reach the hotel which is situated in Norton, Telford on the A442 main road. Directions from M6 North and Manchester Airport: - Turn off the M6 at junction 11 and take the A460 heading towards Wolverhampton. - Join the M54 at junction one. - Leave the M54 at junction 4 and take the A442 following the signs to Kidderminster. - Please note that there is no access from the M6 to M54 when travelling from the North. |
