All rooms are completely non-smoking and are being refurbished to include modern features such as LCD TVs, Wi-Fi, a wide range of hot-drink-making facilities which include fair trade products in clean, modern surroundings. Please note that the property does not have a lift, and all bedrooms are situated on the first and 2nd floors. |

Breakfasts are all cooked from fresh and to order using local meat and ingredients. The kitchen tries to cater for all dietary needs and keeps in-stock a range of vegetarian, coeliac and lactose intolerant friendly foods, but do ask for prior notice at time of booking. The hotel does not have a bar or a restaurant but are surrounded by several good restaurants and bars, all within 5 minutes walk. There is a well-stocked bar and pub immediately next door in The Prom Hotel. |

Great Yarmouth has over 15 miles of sandy beaches within the area, from Winterton-on-Sea in the north to Hopton-on-Sea in the south. Its all part of a picturesque coastline offering a blend of wide sandy beaches, sand dunes and cliffs. The area is also known for the beautiful Norfolk countryside which surrounds it with traditional old windmills, wind pumps and the tranquil sight of cruisers on the rivers. The famous Norfolk Broads are an important part of East Anglias cultural heritage, and where better than Great Yarmouth to use as a base for exploring this beautiful area? Theres always something for everyone, with funfairs to fireworks, boat trips to novelty golf and bowling to strolling. Youll find that theres too much for a day or even a week, so you will just have to save some things until next time. |

By car: - Take the A47 for Norwich, or the A12 (approximately 2 hours from London, and 30 minutes from Norwich). Please be aware that many of the satellite navigation systems have not been updated with the new one way system that is now in place. - Once you have reached Great Yarmouth, follow signs for the sea front. If the sea is on your right hand side, then you need to follow the road northwards until you reach the cinema. We are the cream building with black steps on the left hand side of the road by the cinema. - If you have come to the seafront via Euston Road, you will come to a roundabout with a car park in front of you and a nightclub called Rosie O’Grady’s on your right. - Turn right at the roundabout and keep in the right hand lane. This lane then curves to your right and comes to a give way junction opposite Princes Road. - Turn right here and we are the cream building just on your left. There is on street parking on the main road, or parking is available in Princes Road or Paget Road between 18:00 and 08:00. - During the day this is a permit parking area. There are car parks within a short walk away too. By bus: The bus station is located in the centre of town and approximately 10 minutes from the hotel by foot. The X1 comes from Peterborough via Norwich. By Train: The main railway station is Vauxhall. The station is approximately one mile from the hotel, but is not an easy walk. A taxi should take about 10 minutes. By Air: The nearest international airport (normally via Schipol, Amsterdam if flying from abroad) is Norwich (NWI). |

No.78 does not have parking facilities, but there is free (until April 2008) on-street parking immediately outside the front of the property. During holidays and weekends parking can be limited. Please come and see the staff and they will try their best to get you a space nearby if there is not one available. Due to the layout of the building there is no lift or ground floor rooms. Access into the property is via steps up into the building. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
