From the a11: Follow all signs towards Norwich until you reach the Thickthorn Services roundabout with the Southern Bypass. Take the second exit signposted Swaffham (a47). Travel until you see the slip road off to East Dereham. Follow signs to the town centre. Follow the high street through the town until you reach the war memorial mini-roundabout. At the roundabout, turn right and take the right fork. The hotel car park entrance is the first left turning. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1.5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 85 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.
