All bedrooms are decorated to a high standard. There are 7 en suite rooms, and one room with a private bathroom located next door to the room. The hotel can accommodate singles or couples in twin, double or super king bedrooms. |

Bournemouth is set in the South West and enjoys unusually warmer climate than most places sitting right on the sea. With 7 miles of uninterrupted sandy beach, Bournemouth is just 2 miles away from the start of the Jurassic coastline. Furthermore, the New Forest National Park is 10 minutes away by car. Golf courses, bowling greens (indoor or out), tennis, horse riding, paint-balling, go karting and dry skiing are just some of the activities available in the local area. Painting is also great past time as there are a huge number of beautiful sites in the area in which you can simply sit to draw or paint. |

By Train/Bus From Bournemouth Travel Interchange, you can take a bus to Boscombe Crescent. St Johns Road is opposite the bus stop. From Southampton, there is a direct train into Bournemouth Interchange By Air We are 8 miles from Bournemouth International Airport. Please advise if you would like to pre-book a taxi at a special rate. By Car From the A338: - Take the turning to Kings Park Football/Boscombe at the traffic lights by the Queens Park pub - this is Ashley Road. - At the roundabout, turn right. - At the next roundabout, turn left, and follow the road round. - At the traffic lights, turn left. The Rosscourt is the second hotel on the left. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
