		Quick description
		The luxurious 2-bedroom apartments are set in a newly-refurbished Georgian townhouse in Edinburghs West End, just 5 minutes walk from Haymarket and 10 minutes from Princes Street. Each apartment has 2 double bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge and dining room. Also provided are housekeeping services, broadband internet and telephone (calls chargeable).

		Important information
		Dreamhouse does not have an on-site reception. It is essential that all guests contact the Dreamhouse office prior to arrival so that they can arrange for one of their representatives to meet you at the property and allow check-in. Please use the contact details provided on your booking confirmation email.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
