		Quick description
		This comfortable yet inexpensive guest house is conveniently located just 2 miles/3 km from the centre of Liverpool. Holme Leigh is close to the M62 motorway, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Lime Street train station. The Victorian red brick guest house offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere. It is located in a suburban area called Wavertree where you find a good variety of food and drink outlets, local attractions, and culture. Enjoy nearby Sefton Park with its lake, greenery and glasshouse. All but 2 of the rooms are en suite. Each offers comfortable beds, the facilities listed, and digital TVs. The rates are per room, not per person.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One further child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
