The six en-suite bedrooms have been individually designed and are equipped to the highest standards, combining the best of the old with the best of the new, while Channels Restaurant is renowned for its excellent food and friendly service. With a bridal suite and five executive rooms, this small but luxurious hotel provides an atmosphere in which guests may work or relax with equal facility. Its situation close to the A12 between Chelmsford (2 miles) and Colchester (25 miles), and with Stansted Airport only 20 minutes away, makes Channels Lodge a perfect location in the heart of the Essex countryside, both for business and pleasure.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
