		Travel information
		Follow the a23 all the way to the Palace Pier and the sea front. At the pier, turn left, keeping the sea on your right hand side. Ignore the first set of traffic lights (pedestrian crossing) and at the second set of lights, turn left. You are now in Lower Rock Gardens. The Heathers is numbered 4 & 5 and is located on the left hand side of the street.

		Quick description
		Fabulous and friendly, close to to the town, the sea and attractions. Wonderful breakfast and caring staff is what you will find here with us. The best way to present you our hotel is through the reviews of our previous guests: I had a boss time Jade 7 years old. 		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 7 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child from 7 to 18 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
