From The South: m1, m6, a74, follow the signs for Stirling, m73, m80, m9 to junction 11. At junction 11 there is a large roundabout; take the fourth turning on the left which is sign posted Bridge of Allan. Follow this road (a9) into the village centre, where you will find the Royal Hotel on the left-hand side. From The North: join the a9 and follow the signs for Stirling/Glasgow. At the junction of the a9 there is a large roundabout. Take the second turning on the left, which is sign posted Bridge of Allan. Follow this road (a9) into the village centre, where you will find the Royal Hotel on the left hand side. From Edinburgh Airport: take the M9 towards Stirling/Perth to junction 11; follow the directions from junction 11 as above. From Glasgow Airport: take the M8 towards Glasgow and the M80 towards Stirling, join the M9 and follow the directions as above. By Rail: take the train to Bridge of Allan train station. When leaving the station turn right onto the main road (Henderson Street). Continue through the village, seeing the Royal Hotel on the left-hand side. |
