| The Mill Brook Room: The award-winning restaurant offers an extensive a La Carte menu using only the very finest seasonal produce: Cotswold raised lamb and beef, freshly caught fish delivered overnight from Brixham harbour and organic vegetables from the Vale of Evesham. A typical signature dish would be Assiette of wild duck, parsnip puree, braised red cabbage, risotto of epeautre, chestnuts and pancetta with an apple tart tatin. The Mill Stream Bar and Terrace: If you prefer something simpler, we have pub and bistro style food in the comfort of the Mill Stream Bar, which in the winter has the warmth of a blazing log fire in the inglenook fireplace. Typical dishes include Aberdeen Angus rump steak with chunky chips and Chefs own Caesar Salad. Cotswold Lounge: We serve light snacks, cream teas and a wide selection of coffees and teas in the Cotswold Lounge and, in the summer, on the terrace overlooking the trout stream. Pre-dinner cocktails and aperitifs are served in the lounge and a wide choice of malt whiskies, vintage brandies, ports, spirits and local beers is available from the bar. | ||||
