Payment Information: A credit card is required as a guarantee. There is a 5% charge for the use of credit cards. Debit cards are free of charge. Check-in is not possible between the hours of 14:00 and 18:00 unless arranged directly with the hotel. No one night bookings are available on Saturday nights. A minimum 4 night stay is required from 21 to 24 August, due to the Ebor Race Meeting in York. We also only accept 3 night bookings for public holidays. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.00 per person. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. |
