By Car: - Take the A3074 main road into St. Ives and continue down Trelyon Avenue. - At the bottom of the hill turn left into Albany Terrace. - The main car park is situated at the rear of the hotel and there are a small number of parking spaces at the front. - To locate these, proceed back to Albany Terrace, turn left into Trelyon Avenue and left in to Albert Road. - Take the next left onto Talland Road and left again into Belyars Lane. |

Chy-An-Albany provides an ideal base to explore St. Ives and its renowned Tate Gallery, as well as the quaint harbour side, cobbled streets and collection of beautiful beaches that have captivated artists and tourists for over a century. The hotel is also just a short walk from the train station at the bottom of the hill (approximately 3 minutes). Originally 3 Edwardian houses built for local sea captains with the Hain Shipping Company, Chy-an-Albany was converted to a hotel in the 1920s. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished retaining much of the charm of the original building. |
