Beresfords, our restaurant, recognises the flair, skill and dedication of our kitchen brigade. This follows on from when our Head Chef and his team won a national competition at the Hospitality Week exhibition at the NEC in February this year. In the elegant surroundings of the restaurant we are delighted to offer our diners the highest standards of fine food and service with a tempting array of delicious modern English and traditional dishes complemented by our excellent and comprehensive wine list. Wherever possible our dishes are prepared using fresh locally produced food and our menus are designed to mirror the seasons. Booking is advisable, special requests and dietary requirements can be catered for (please let us know in advance of your arrival). Our restaurant can seat up to 90 and we can also provide private dinning facilities for those special occasions and celebrations. In the summer months you can enjoy dinning on our terrace to the front of the hotel for a superb al-fresco experience. Breakfast at the weekend tends to be a relaxed affair with all the delights that you would expect from a historic country house hotel, lunch is served daily and our Sunday lunch represents exceptional value for money. |

From Bournemouth (20 Miles 35 Minutes approximate estimates) Take the A35 from Bournemouth, towards Christchurch, follow the A35 towards Lyndhurst, take the B3055 towards Sway.
