The Esplanade Hotel has 32 comfortable and well-equipped rooms, including family rooms and rooms on the ground floor. A complete list of the facilities available can be found in each of the individual room descriptions. Many of the rooms have sea views and the popular premier bedrooms offer extra space, additional comfort and upgraded amenities, such as minibars. Rooms with 4-poster beds are available for that special occasion. The hotel offers special facilities for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility. |

Take the a12 to Colchester and then the a133 to Clacton-on-Sea; follow the signs to the seafront. At the seafront, turn right and the hotel is 50 yards further on, on the right. If you are coming on the M25, take A12/J28 then the A133 to Clacton, then follow signs for the seafront and turn right. The hotel is 200 yards further on, on the right. If on A14 take A12 and follow directions as above. | |

The location is quiet yet very convenient, a short easy walk to the pier, attractions and town centre. Clacton-on-Sea is located on the Essex sunshine coast. The gardens are superb and the pier offers free entry with many attractions.We have wireless internet as well as telephone network facilities or you may hire our laptop and work in the bar/lounge while you enjoy a drink. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
