By Car: From the East and North: - Exit the M4 at Junction 18. Follow the A46 towards Bath. - After about 12 km take the A4 towards the city for about 1.5 km where you should turn left into the A36 towards Warminster. - Drive about 500 m until you reach a mini-roundabout. Turn right and take the next filter lane on the right which takes you into Great Pulteney Street. - The guest house is in the third block on your left at number 69. By Train: Bath Spa railway station is easily reached from Londons Paddington Station. By Air: Bristol Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 60.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 60 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
